要約　目的：ラタノプロストを点眼中の正常眼圧緑内障に追加したニプラジロール点眼の眼圧と視野への影響の報告。対象と方法：ラタノプロスト点眼を1年以上継続している正常眼圧緑内障30例52眼を対象とした。年齢は37～88歳（平均64歳）であった。無治療時の眼圧16mmHg以上の高値群が35眼，以下の低値群が17眼であり，高値群では18眼，低値群では8眼にニプラジロールの追加点眼を行い，高値群の17眼と低値群での9眼ではラタノプロスト点眼を続け対照とした。全例を36か月後まで眼圧とハンフリー静的視野について検索した。結果：ニプラジロールの追加点眼により，眼圧は高値群でのみ有意に低下した。36か月後に，視野のMD値の変化は，高値群の対照眼では－2.00dB，ニプラジロールの追加点眼群で－0.49dBであった。結論：ラタノプロストを点眼中の正常眼圧緑内障では，治療前の眼圧が16mmHg以上の場合には，ニプラジロールの追加点眼で眼圧がさらに下降し，視野が維持される可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the effect of nipradilol instillation added to latanoprost on the intraocular pressure（IOP）and visual field in normal-tension glaucoma（NTG）. Cases and Method：This prospective study was made on 52 eyes of 30 patients of NTG who had been treated with topical latanoprost for one year or longer. Their age ranged from 37 to 88 years, average 64 years. The series comprised 35 eyes with IOP of 16mmHg or over and 17 eyes with lower IOP at the start of treatment. Cases were randomly divided into 2 groups each. In higher-and lower-IOP group, 18 and 8 eyes respectively received additional nipradildol. The other eyes received latanoprost only and served as control. Cases were followed up for 36 months. Results：IOP decreased only in eyes receiving nipraddilol in the high-IOP group. MD value by Humphrey field analyzer changed by －2.00dB and －0.49dB in control and nipradilol eyes respectively in higher-IOP group. Conclusion：Instillation of nipradilol added to latanoprost may lower IOP and preserve the visual field in NTG eyes.
