要約　目的：両眼の急性前部ぶどう膜炎と眼窩炎性偽腫瘍が発症した全身性エリテマトーデスの症例報告。症例：39歳女性に肺炎が発症し，その2週後に眼痛と視力障害が両眼に生じた。矯正視力は右0.07，左0.08で，眼圧は左右とも42mmHgであった。両眼に強い結膜浮腫と眼球突出があり，前房は消失していた。前房形成後も強い前部ぶどう膜炎があった。磁気共鳴画像検査（MRI）で球後に強い炎症を伴った陰影があり，眼窩炎性偽腫瘍と推定された。副腎皮質ステロイド薬の内服で，約3か月で全身と眼所見は軽快した。経過中に行った諸検査で，全身性エリテマトーデスの診断が確定した。結論：原因不明の前部ぶどう膜炎や眼窩炎性偽腫瘍には，その原因として全身性エリテマトーデスが関係することがある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of systemic lupus erythematosus with bilaleral acute anterior uveitis and orbital pseudotumor. Case and Findings：A 39-year-old woman developed pain and blurring in both eyes 2 weeks after onset of pneumonia. Her corrected visual acuity was 0.07 right and 0.08 left with intraocular pressure of 42mmHg in both eyes. Both eyes showed marked chemosis and proptosis with flat anterior chamber. Signs of anterior uveitis appeared later. Magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）showed massive inflammatory mass in the retrobulbar space suggestive of inflammatory pseudotumor of the orbit. Ocular and systemic disorders disappeared after 3 months of systemic corticosteroid. She was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus during the course of disease. Conclusion：This case illustrates that systemic lupus erythematosus may be causatively involved in idiopathic anterior uveitis and inflammatory pseudotumor of the orbit.
