　眼窩炎性偽腫瘍は1857年Flarerの記載に始りBirch Hirschfeldによりその詳細が報告されて以来多数の論文が発表されている。わが国に於ては1907年浅山郁次郎氏の報告以来，既に約150例の報告がある。私も最近その2例を観察したのでここに追加報告する。

Two cases of orbital inflammatory pseudo-tumor, which authors had recently observed, are described.

case 1. male, aged 39

case 2. male, aged 54

The both cases clinically presented painless tumors under bulbar conjunctiva. Their histo-logic characters were lymphomatous, which belonged to the inflammatory pseudotumors The former had showed exophthalmus befor extirpation of the tumor, but the latter did it after operation.

Their etiologies were unknown. But in addi-tion to surgical therapy, in case 1 X-ray irradi-ation and in case 2 internal use of dexame-thasone were employed with good effects.
