要約　目的：水晶体脱臼と亜脱臼の原因と経過の報告。対象：過去7年9か月間に手術を行った54例62眼を対象とした。脱臼と亜脱臼がそれぞれ31眼にあった。男性37名，女性17名，年齢は平均58歳であった。結果：完全脱臼の原因は，強度近視7眼，鈍性外傷7眼，Marfan症候群3眼，レーザー虹彩切開3眼，偽落屑症候群1眼，原因不明10眼であった。亜脱臼の原因は，鈍性外傷6眼，Marfan症候群2眼，レーザー虹彩切開3眼，偽落屑症候群2眼，アトピー性皮膚炎2眼，原因不明16眼であった。61眼に対して硝子体手術と経毛様体水晶体切除術を行い，45眼では眼内レンズを縫着した。結論：原因として両群とも打撲が多かった。完全脱臼では強度近視が多かった。レーザー虹彩切開後に水晶体偏位が生じた症例があり，注意が必要である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report causes of luxation and subluxation of crystalline lens. Cases：This retrospective study was made on 62 eyes of 54 patients who received surgery during the foregoing 93 months. Luxation and subluxation were present in 31 eyes each. The series comprised 37 and 17 females. The age averaged 58 years. Results：Lens luxation was due to high myopia 7 eyes, blunt trauma 7 eyes, Marfan syndrome 3 eyes, laser iridotomy 3 eyes, pseudoexfoliation one eye, and unknown 10 eyes. Subluxation was due to blunt trauma 6 eyes, Marfan syndrome 2 eyes, laser iridotomy 3 eyes, pseudoexfoliation 2 eyes, atopic dermatitis 2 eyes, and unknown 16 eyes. Vitrectomy with pars plana lensectomy was performed on 61 eyes. Intraocular lens was implanted in 45 eyes. Conclusion：Blunt trauma was the frequent cause for lens luxation and subluxation. Due attention is needed for laser iridotomy as a possible cause for dislocation of the lens.
