Abstract 文献概要

　調節可能眼内レンズを使った白内障手術を15例20眼に行った。シリコーン眼内レンズを挿入した14眼を対照にした。最長1年間の術後経過を観察した。両群とも1.0以上の術後矯正視力が得られた。調節計で測定した調節力は対照群14眼では0であり，調節可能眼内レンズ挿入眼では術後6か月でその66％に0.35±0.30Dの調節力があった。調節力は以後減退する傾向にあり，前囊の収縮と後囊の混濁による可能性がある。

We performed cataract surgery on 20 eyes and implanted accommodative intraocular lens（IOL）. Another series of 14 eyes implanted with silicone IOL served as control. They were followed up for maximally one year after surgery. Corrected visual acuity of 20/20 was obtained in all the 34 eyes. Power of accommodation,measured by an automated accommodomater,was nil in control eyes and 0.35±0.30 diopters in 13 out of 20 eyes（65％）implanted with accommodative IOL. It started to decrease after 6months of surgery,presumably due to contraction of anterior lens capsule and opacification of posterior capsule.
