要約　目的：喉頭と結膜に悪性リンパ腫が生じた神経線維腫症症例の報告。症例：53歳女性が両眼の異物感で受診した。10年前に神経線維腫症（レックリングハウゼン病），1年前に喉頭腫瘍を契機として悪性リンパ腫と診断された。両眼上方の球結膜下に腫瘤があり，病理学的に悪性リンパ腫と診断された。分子生物学的に結膜と喉頭のリンパ腫は同一であった。化学療法で喉頭の悪性リンパ腫は大幅に縮小し，切除した右眼結膜下腫瘍は消失し，左眼の腫瘍は縮小した。以後14か月後の現在まで悪化ないし再発はない。結論：神経線維腫症には悪性腫瘍が併発することがあり，本症例での喉頭と球結膜下の悪性リンパ腫もその例である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of neurofibromatosis with malignant lymphoma in the larynx and bulbar conjunctiva. Case：A 53-year-old female presented with foreign body sensation in both eyes. She had been diagnosed with neurofibromatosis of von Recklinghausen 10 years before. She had had laryngeal tumor which was diagnosed with malignant lymphoma. Both eyes showed a tumor in the upper segment of bulbar conjunctiva. It proved to be malignant lymphoma. Molecular studies showed both lymphomas in the larynx and conjunctiva to be identical. Chemotherapy was followed by diminution of laryngeal and conjunctival tumors. She has been doing well during 14 months until present. Conclusion：This case illustrates that malignant lymphoma is a liability in neurofibromatosis.
