Abstract 文献概要

　特発性黄斑円孔9眼に網膜硝子体手術を行い，インドシアニングリーン（ICG）で内境界膜を染色して剝離，除去した。術後27か月まで定期的に赤外蛍光眼底カメラで残存するICG蛍光を観察した。手術の1か月後では，乳頭，内境界膜を切除した部位以外の網膜，術前に黄斑円孔があった部位の網膜が過蛍光を呈した。内境界膜を切除した部位以外の網膜と黄斑部の過蛍光はそれぞれ術後6か月と9か月で消退した。乳頭の過蛍光は全例で術後21か月まで観察され，27か月で消退した。

　We performed vitreous surgery on 9 eyes of idiopathic macular hole. The internal limiting membrane（ILM）was peeled off after staining with indocyanine green（ICG）. The fundus was periodically photographed using an infrared fundus camera up to 27months after surgery. At 1month after surgery,hyperfluorescence due to remaining ICG was present in the disc area,the retinal area that did not receive ILM peeling,and around the site of macular hole. Hyperfluorescence in the outer retina and the macula disappeared 6 and 9months respectively after surgery. Hyperfluorescence in the disc area persisted until 21months after surgery in all the eyes. It disappeared at 27months after surgery.
