インドシアニングリーン染色の種々の網膜硝子体疾患への応用

Indocyanine green staining of internal limiting membrane during vitrectomy for vitreoretinal diseases

　内境界膜のインドシアニングリーン（ICG）染色を併用して，10眼に硝子体手術を行った。黄斑上膜4眼，糖尿病黄斑浮腫2眼，増殖糖尿病網膜症1眼，近視性黄斑円孔網膜剥離2眼，増殖硝子体網膜症1眼である。黄斑上膜では全例で上膜が非染色領域として明瞭に描出され，膜の辺縁の同定と上膜に連続して剥離した内境界膜の観察に有用であった。硝子体が残存する症例では染色性にむらがあり，残存しない症例では内境界膜が均一に染色された。内境界膜剥離を目的としない今回の症例群で，ICG染色は残存硝子体の判別に有用であった。

We performed vitreous surgery on 10 eyes with adjunct staining of the internal limiting membrane (ILM) by indocyanine green (ICG). The series comprised epimacular membrane 4 eyes, diabetic macular edema 2 eyes, proliferative diabetic retinopathy 1 eye, myopic macular hole retinal detachment 2 eyes, and proliferative vitreoretinopathy 1 eye. In epimacular membrane, the membrane appeared as non-stained area in all the eyes. ICG staining was useful in identifying the boundary of membrane and the detached ILM contiguous with the membrane. Intensity of staining of ILM was variable in eyes with residual vitreous. The ILM was uniformly stained in eyes with detached vitreous. ICG staining of ILM was thus useful in identifying the residual vitreous in the present series even when ILM peeling was not intended.
