　錐体外路性運動障碍を呈する種々の患者にヂパルコールを経口的に投与した経験について述べた。

　本剤は筋強硬，震頭並にそれらに基く姿勢や動作の異常に対して著しい効果がある。尚，従来の治療薬で効果のなかつた症例にも本剤が著しい効果を示す場合もあるが，逆に本剤よりも従来の治療剤の方が有効な場合もある。副作用として口渇，胃部灼熱感，顔のほてり，脱力感，睡気，焦躁感等がみられたが，多くの場合服薬継続を妨げる程のものではなかつた。

The results of oral administration of Dipar-col on various extrapyramidal motor distur-bances were discussed in this paper.

This drug was most effective on those symptoms such as muscle-rigidity, trembling and postural or kinetic disorders due to them.

It was noticed that some cases which re-vealed little amelioration with other drugs indicated quite favorable results with this drug and vice versa.

Thirst, burning in the stomach, unconforta-ble warmth of cheek, feeling of powerlessness, drowsiness, agitation and etc. were supposed to be the side effects of this medicament. But they did not, in most cases, hinder the further administration of this drug.
