1977年，井上1）の本邦におけるバルザルバ洞動脈瘤破裂手術436例の集計によると，そのほとんどが右冠動脈洞から発生，右室への破裂をみたものであり，無冠動脈洞から発生し右房への破裂をみたものは26例26％前後と少ない。我々も最近バルザルバ洞右房内破裂の1例を経験し，外科的手術を行ったので報告する。
The surgical experience of a 48-year-old woman with ruptured aneurysm of noncoronal sinus of valsalva into right atrium is reported and the possible pathogenic mechanisms of the congenital and the acquired forms of this aneu-rysm are discussed, as well as the clinical sym-ptoms and the diagnostic procedures.
In this case, valsalva aneurysm was resected and patch closure was performed under the transatrial and transaortic approach.
