発作性上室性頻拍症（PSVT）に対するペースメーカー治療の1例

A successful case of implantation of Radio-Frequency-Triggered Pacemaker for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

　発作性上室性頻拍症（PSVT）は通常心疾患のない正常人に多くみられ，WPW syndrome，LGL syndromeに併うものもよく知られている。頻拍発作の停止には，Valsalva maneuver，Carotid sinus massage，薬物療法等が大抵の場合奏効するが，内科的治療では日常的に発作を繰り返し治療に難渋する場合がある。近年電気生理学的検査法の進歩とともに上室性不整脈の解析がすすみ，新たにpacing療法の有用性が提唱されてきている^2,7,8）。最近我々は上記の如き治療抵抗性のPSVT症例に対しRadio-Frequency-Triggered Pacemakerの埋込みを行ない良好な結果を得たので若干の考察とともにその概要を報告する。

We had experienced a 65 year old man who had been suffering from paroxysmal supraven-tricular tachycardia (PVST) for many years. Since one year ago the attacks had become more fre-quent and sometimes continued for half an hour to one hour. At such circumstances he experi-enced Adam-Stokes attacks and sent to an emer-gency room. The attacks were refractory to any drug therapy and any other procedure.
