Abstract 文献概要

　WPW症候群の多くは通常健康人にみられるものであるが，その20〜30％は病的心に合併してみられる。また虚血心においては心筋における興奮伝導性，および被興奮性の過常期，過常性が生じやすいとされている。私達は今回，II〜III度房室ブロックとWPW,B型伝導を合併，更に心臓ペースメーカー植え込み後に過常期房室伝導として，同様にWPW,B型伝導をしめした稀な症例を経験したので，その経過の概略を報告すると共に若干の文献考察を加えた。

A case was reported which showed second or third degree of A-V block associated with inter-mittent Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. After the implantation of a cardiac pacemaker, atrio-ventricular conduction of P waves were seen with a high percentage of 63% when P waves occurred in the terminal portion of T waves of paced ventricular beat, namely appeared in the period between 0.34 to 0.44 sec. of R-P interval. The conducted waves consistantly showed the type B WPW configuration. The retrograde concealed conduction in to the bypasses through paced ventricular beat provides the vasis of the consideration on the supernormal state of the bypass tissue.
