Etafenone hydrochloride, a calcium antagonist, is known to increase coronary blood flow without the effect of cardiac stimulation.
The present investigation was conducted to explore the effect of etafenone hydrochloride on the action of various vasoactive substances in isolated rabbit pulmonary artery and descending aorta strips.
