肺組織切片を用いたvasoactive substanceのtissue bioassay法—薬剤に対する末梢気道系の反応性を検索する新しい試み

The Guinea-pig Lung Strip as an in vitro Preparation of Peripheral Airways

　従来，種々薬剤の気道系に対する作用を検索する目的で，主としてヒトおよび動物の気管および主気管支の平滑筋切片が使用されてきた。著者らも，モルモット摘出気管筋切片を用いプロスタグランディンを始めとする種種の血管作動性物質の作用について検索をすすめてきた^1）。しかし，in vivoで肺コンプライアンスや気道抵抗を測定することにより種々薬剤の効果を検討してみると，ある種の薬剤は末梢気道系にのみ作用している可能性が示唆されている^2）。また薬剤によっては気管，大気管支系に対する作用と末梢気道系に対するそれとが相異している可能性があり，末梢気道系の反応性検索方法の開発が望まれている。

　著者らは今回，末梢気道系の反応性を検索する一つの試みとして，モルモット肺組織切片を用い，種々薬剤に対する反応性を気管筋切片のそれと比較検討した。

Techniques available for investigating the direct actions of drugs on smooth muscle of the lung chiefly use preparations of the large central airways. Authors also have been used spirally cut guinea-pig tracheal strips for investigating the actions of various vasoactive substances. The present investigation was conducted to clarify the effect of various vasoactive substances on the guinea-pig lung strips.

Male guinea-pigs, weighing 250-300g, were killed.
