要旨●非特異性多発性小腸潰瘍症の原因遺伝子が明らかとなり，その英語疾患名がCEASという新名称に変更された．AMED班が中心となって，本症の認知度を向上させ，他疾患との内視鏡所見の相違を明らかにし，さらなる症例を集積することを目的に，画像診断アトラスを作成した．このアトラスの一部を紹介し，CEASの内視鏡所見を提示する．CEASの内視鏡所見の特徴は，多発する比較的浅い潰瘍，非対称性の斜走潰瘍，斜走する変形，輪状もしくはテープ様潰瘍，狭窄（比較的軽度）である．

　The nomenclature of chronic nonspecific multiple ulcers of the small intestine（CNSU）was changed to CEAS（chronic enteropathy associated with SLCO2A1 gene）after its causative gene was identified. The Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development（AMED）team created an endoscopic atlas of CEAS to（a）raise awareness of this disease,（b）clarify differences in the endoscopic findings between CEAS and other diseases, and（c）identify further CEAS cases. A part of this atlas was described, and the endoscopic findings of CEAS were presented. These endoscopic findings are characterized by relatively shallow ulcers, asymmetric oblique ulcers, oblique deformities, circular or tape-like ulcers, and relatively mild stenosis.
