要旨●IgA血管炎（IgA vasculitis ; IgAV）は，消化管に起こることが多く，特に小腸病変が多いとされているが，その詳細は不明な部分が多い．今回，当院で行った13例13回の初回カプセル内視鏡検査を検討した．カプセル内視鏡所見は，発赤と発赤斑（intestinal purpura），びらん，および潰瘍に分類でき，発赤と発赤斑（intestinal purpura）の頻度が高く，広範に認められることが多いことから，IgAVに特徴的な所見であると考えられた．今回の検討は少数例であり，今後さらなる症例の蓄積が必要である．

　GI（Gastrointestinal）abnormalities of IgAV（IgA vasculitis）are observed in the entire GI tract ; the small bowel has particularly been considered to be the most commonly involved site. However, characteristics of the small intestinal lesions of IgAV remain unknown. In Keio University Hospital, 13 procedures of VCE（video capsule endoscopy）were performed. Endoscopic findings of VCE could be classified as redness（intestinal purpura）, erosion, and ulcer. Intestinal purpura was frequently observed in the small intestinal tract, and it was found to be the characteristic lesion of IgAV. This study includes a small number of cases ; thus, the study of additional cases is necessary for confirming these results.
