　結腸憩室症は，欧米では比較的多い疾患であるが，本邦ではまれとされている．しかし近年，注腸造影法，大腸ファイバースコープなどの診断技術の進歩により本症の報告が増加してきた．

　最近，われわれはS状結腸憩室症で結腸膀胱瘻を生じ，急性腎孟腎炎さらに急性腎不全を合併し，血液透析により軽快した後，診断を確定しS状結腸切除により完治しえた1例を経験した．本邦ではあまり報告をみないので詳細を述べー般の参考に供したい．

　A case of sigmoidal diverticular disease with colovesical fistula is reported. A 62-year-old woman was referred to the surgical clinic with a chief complaint of pneumaturia. She had pyelonephritis one year before, resulting in renal insufficiency which was relieved by hemodialysis ten times. Pyuria had persisted afterwards and she had noticed pneumaturia. Barium enema of the colon revealed diverticulosis of the Sigmoid colon with colo-vessical fistula. Resection of the Sigmoid colon with division of the fistula was performed with success.

　A brief review of the literature is given.
