緒言
本邦における膀胱憩室炎によるS状結腸膀胱瘻は欧米に比し少ないというものの，最近の報告例は決して少なくない。今回われわれは結腸憩室炎によるS状結腸膀胱瘻，S状結腸皮膚瘻を経験したので報告する。
A 58-year-old man with multiple diverticulosis of ascending, descending and sigmoid colon developed vesicosigmoid and cutaneosigmoid fistula.
Patient was initially treated by simple closure of sigmoid fistula and partial cystectomy. Although closure of sigmoid fistula was successful (cofirmed by second operatin), patient developed left low abdo-minal pain followed by cutaneosigmoid fistula due to recurrence of sigmoid diverticulitis at different portion 56 days after first operation.
