結腸憩室炎によるS状結腸膀胱瘻の1例

A CASE OF VESICOSIGMOIDAL FISTULA SECONDARY TO COLONIC DIVERTICULITIS

　結腸憩室炎による結腸膀胱瘻は，欧米に比べ本邦では稀である。1957年関村ら^1）が報告して以来，われわれの調べ得た範囲では40例を数えるに過ぎない。われわれは，最近その1例を経験したので報告する。

A 31-year-old man was admitted complaining of lower abdominal pain 4 months befpre and urinary frequency and fecaluria of 3 months' duration. Bimanual palpation disclosed a fist-sized, movable, hard mass in the bladder region. A diagnosis of vesicosigmoidal fistula was made by a barium enema, which also showed multiple small diverticula in the sigmoid colon. Cystoscopy revealed an edematous and partly papillomatous lesion at the posterior wall.
