結腸憩室炎によるS状結腸膀胱瘻の1例

A CASE OF VESICOSIGMOIDAL FISTULA COMPLICATING DIVERTICULITIS OF THE COLON

緒言

　S状結腸膀胱瘻は稀ではないが，結腸憩室炎に続発するものの本邦報告例は極めて少ない。今回，われわれはS状結腸憩室炎によるS状結腸膀胱瘻の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 41-year old man was admitted to Asahi General Hospital with complaints of pneumaturia and pollakisuria.

The diagnosis of vesicosigmoidal fistula was made by barium enema, cystoscopic examination and cystogram. Resection of the sigmoid colon and segmental resection of the bladder was performed, and postoperative course was unventful.

Twelve cases of vesicosigmoidal fistula complicating diverticulitis of the colon were reviewed from Japanese literatures and discussion was made on symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of vesicosigmoidal fistula.
