泌尿器領域の遺伝性疾患は腫瘍性疾患，非腫瘍性疾患と多岐にわたっている。放射線科医にはなじみの少ない疾患も多いため，なるべく多くの疾患を解説したい。

Genetic urological diseases include diseases that cause nephrolithiasis, inflammatory diseases, cystic kidney diseases, and diseases that cause tumors. Genetic diseases tend to present in patients who are younger compared to patients with non-genetic diseases having similar pathologies. When the patient is younger than generally expected for a disease, genetic disorders should be considered.
