急性膵炎を併発した膵動静脈奇形の1例

A case of pancreatic arteriovenous malformation with acute pancreatitis

膵動静脈奇形（以下，膵AVM）はまれな疾患とされているが，近年，各種画像診断検査の発達・普及に伴い報告が徐々に増加している。今回，急性膵炎を併発した膵AVMの1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A man in his 50s was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis because of pancreatic arteriovenous malformation（PAVM）. CT scan showed to have a high-density area in the body and tail of the pancreas, which was described as flow void on MRI. EUS showed blood flow signal within the lesions in the point-like echo-free areas. There has been increasing reports of PAVM using non-invasive examination. Especially, CT scan using 3D-CTA was useful for intrapancreatic vascular network and evaluation of lesion.
