皮膚原発悪性リンパ腫の治療においては，腫瘤形成性病変や既存治療に抵抗性の局面に対して放射線治療が有効となる。今回我々は，皮膚末梢性T細胞リンパ腫の再発病変に対し緩和的低線量放射線治療を行い，病変の縮小が得られ，比較的長期間の病勢コントロールが得られた症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We performed palliative low dose radiotherapy with two fractions of 8Gy in patient with recurrent cutaneous peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Palliative low dose radiotherapy induced a high response rate without significant toxicity. Therefore, this radiotherapy, as a local treatment for a systemic disease, is a valuable treatment in the palliation of symptomatic lymphoma patients. At progression, it is safe and feasible to apply greater radiation doses.
