副腎皮質腺腫に腫瘍内転移をきたした大腸癌の1例

A case of tumor-to-tumor metastasis from colon cancer to adrenal cortical adenoma

腫瘍内転移はまれな現象である。今回我々は，大腸癌の加療中に左副腎腫瘤の増大を認め，副腎摘除術を施行し，大腸癌の副腎皮質腺腫内転移と診断された症例を経験したので報告する。

A 70’s-year-old man was found to have a sigmoid colon tumor and a liver mass. Sigmoid colectomy and hepatectomy were performed and he was diagnosed with liver metastasis from sigmoid colon cancer. 7 months after the hepatectomy, CT scan showed enlargement of the left adrenal mass, which had been followed-up, and appearance of a high-density area in the mass. Adrenalectomy was performed and he was diagnosed with metastasis to adrenal cortical adenoma from sigmoid colon cancer. It is important to consider the possibility of tumor-to-tumor metastasis for tumor marker elevation.
