骨盤内膜症由来と考えられた明細胞癌の1例

Clear cell carcinoma putatively originating from pelvic endometriosis：a case report

明細胞癌はその大多数は卵巣の内膜症性嚢胞から発生するが，まれに骨盤内膜症からの発生をみることがある。骨盤内膜症由来と考えられた明細胞癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

It is well known that clear cell carcinoma of the ovary is strongly associated with endometriosis. Sporadically, clear cell carcinoma is reported to originate from extraovarian endometriosis. The imaging features of such clear cell carcinoma are not well known due to limited cases. We recently experienced a bulky pelvic tumor which was proved to be clear cell carcinoma by pathological study. The imaging findings of our case suggests strongly that the tumor originated from pelvic endometriosis.
