卵巣低異型度漿液性癌の1例

A case of low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary

卵巣低異型度漿液性癌（low-grade serous carcinoma：LGSC）は漿液性癌の5％とまれで，漿液性境界悪性腫瘍（serous borderline tumor：SBT）に微小乳頭状パターン（micropapillary pattern：MP）を伴う状態（SBT-MP）が前駆病変と考えられている^1）。SBTでMPが連続性に5mm以上存在する場合SBT-MPと診断され，さらに間質浸潤が5mm以上あればLGSCとなる。従って，これらの画像所見は明確に区別できない可能性がある。

A case of LGSC of the ovary is presented with imaging findings. Calcification of the adnexal and peritoneal masses is common. LGSCs develop via a stepwise process from benign, to borderline, and to carcinoma. Overlap in imaging findings might exist between serous borderline tumors and LGSCs.
