卵巣内膜症性嚢胞術後に大腰筋に発生した子宮内膜症由来の明細胞癌の1例

A case of clear cell carcinoma in the psoas major muscle derived from endometriosis after ovarian endometriotic cyst surgery

手術瘢痕部の子宮内膜症は骨盤部手術を受けた女性の0.03〜1.08％に発生し，その多くは帝王切開術後や会陰切開後に皮膚や腹壁に発生するとされる。今回，16年前に行われた右卵巣内膜症性嚢胞手術に由来して右大腰筋に発生したと考えられる明細胞癌の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Scar endometriosis occurs in 0.03-1.08％ of women who underwent pelvic surgery. Most of them develop on the skin or abdominal wall after a cesarean section or perineal incision. We report a case of clear cell carcinoma in the right psoas major muscle, which is thought to have derived from endometriosis after the surgery of right ovarian endometriotic cyst performed 16 years ago.
