腹腔鏡下子宮全摘術後に生じた卵巣捻転の2例

Ovarian torsion after laparoscopic hysterectomy：report of two cases

子宮全摘術後ではまれな卵巣茎捻転を2例経験した。近年主流となっている腹腔鏡下手術により，従来の開腹子宮全摘術に比して卵巣茎捻転のリスクが高くなっていると考えられたので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We reported two cases of adnexal torsion in fifth decade women who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy for benign hysteropathy. Recently, laparoscopic surgery has become mainstream of hysterectomy. It is believed that laparoscopic hysterectomy is a safe and minimally invasive operation compared with laparotomy. However, laparoscopic hysterectomy would wreak risk of adnexal torsion because of anatomical change that increases ovarian mobility.
