成熟奇形腫に関連した上皮内癌を伴う卵巣粘液性境界悪性腫瘍の1例

A case of ovarian mucinous borderline tumor associated with mature teratoma

卵巣粘液性腫瘍は上皮性腫瘍に分類されるが，3～8％程度の症例で奇形腫を合併し，2～11％の症例で成熟奇形腫に粘液性腫瘍を認める。さらに最近の分子生物学的知見から，卵巣粘液性腫瘍の一部は胚細胞性起源であると考えられている^1）。術前に未熟奇形腫との鑑別が困難であった，成熟奇形腫に関連した上皮内癌成分を伴う卵巣粘液性境界悪性腫瘍の1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of ovarian mucinous borderline tumor associated with mature teratoma is presentated. When sebasceous component is seen in ovarian tumor on imaging, mucinous tumor associated with ovarian mature teratoma will be considered.
