心電図同期血流SPECTを用いた位相解析は左室心筋壁運動の同期不全（dyssynchrony）の評価方法であり^1），再同期療法の効果判定に加え，虚血の補助診断でも有用性が報告されている^2-5）。しかし左室心筋の全領域を対象とした位相解析のみでは冠動脈支配領域ごとの虚血の情報は不明確であり，領域別の位相解析が必要と思われる。近年はNakajimaらにより日本人の位相解析指標の正常値が報告され，客観的な定量解析も可能となった^6）。そこで本研究では冠動脈領域別の位相解析から得られる位相解析指標の，冠動脈領域ごとの虚血診断の有用性を検討した。

We investigated phase analysis for the territory of each coronary artery in 60 cases retrospectively. Three kinds of indices, phase bandwidth（BW）, phase standard deviation（SD）and entropy, were obtained in both adenosine stress and rest study. Each phase analysis index showed favorable accuracy, excellent sensitivity and excellent negative predictive value in diagnosing ischemia. The phase analysis for the territory of each coronary artery will be promising supplementary method in diagnosing ischemia.
