現在，診療現場における画像診断件数は激増している。全国に約8,440の病院と10万の診療所があるものの，放射線診断専門医は約5,050人，核医学専門医は1,200人のみと，増加する画像読影を行うには限界がある。

It is important to understand myocardial perfusion SPECT for appropriate treatment of patients with CAD. We investigated the possibility of cardioREPO supporting interpretation of medical staffs in SPECT. Sixty seven patients with suspected CAD were enrolled in this study. The sensitivity of the interpretation of the medical staff was lower than that of cardioREPO in patient-based of rest phase, in coronary artery-based and in area-based. To improve the sensitivity, utility of cardioREPO is expected.
