災害急性期における看護師が行う遺族支援についての効果的な研修企画についての検討—日本災害看護学会第18回年次大会での企画・運営を通して

　大規模災害の発生によって愛する人を失ったことにより、残された家族は心理的・身体的に危機的状況になることが考えられる。日本災害看護学会第18回年次大会においてワークショップを企画し、「遺族支援、遺族の思い」「家族看護学と遺族支援」についての講義、「熊本地震における遺族支援の実際」についての情報提供を行い、参加者間で看護師だからこそできる遺族支援について意見交換を行った。その結果、対象者はワークショップの目的「看護専門職だからこそできる災害急性期における遺族支援について考えを深める」について概ね達成出来たことから、本ワークショプにおける研修企画は対象者にとって有益なものであったことが考えられた。今後は他職種の役割を知り、多職種連携についての学びを深めることができるワークショップについて検討する。

The loss of a loved one due to a large-scale disaster may result in a psychological and physical crisis situation for bereaved families. We planned a workshop at the 18th Japan Society of Disaster Nursing Conference. We organized some lectures at this workshop on the theme of “Bereaved family support, Psychology of bereaved family members,” “Family Nursing and Bereaved family support” and “Nursing for bereaved family members during the Kumamoto prefecture earthquake.” We also planned an exchange of opinions about whether support for bereaved family members would be possible for nurses as a rule. As a result, the participants deepened knowledge about practical support for bereaved families in acute disaster care settings. It is necessary to consider lecture contents and time for discussion at the workshop. We will organize a workshop where one can learn in more depth about cooperation between different occupations in the future.
