日本災害看護学会ネットワーク活動調査調整部による初期調査活動の評価—平成21年度の初期調査活動に関する質問紙調査から

Evaluation of Initial Survey Activities Performed by the Japan Society of Disaster Nursing's Network Activity Surveillance Coordination Department: Questionnaire on Initial Survey Activities Conducted from July 2009 to June 2010

要旨

　本研究の目的は、日本災害看護学会ネットワーク活動調査調整部による初期調査活動の有用性や妥当性、課題について明らかにすることである。研究は平成21年度に初期調査活動をした施設から個人の特定ができた54名へ郵送で調査を行った。調査内容は対象者の属性や初期調査活動への認識や活動内容の妥当性等を問う質問紙を作成して実施した。結果は26名から回答（回答率：48.1％）があり、回答者の所属施設は行政機関13名（50.0％）、医療機関1名（3.8％）、職能団体11名（42.3％）、無回答1名（3.8％）であった。調査時期や方法について不適切とする回答は認められず、本調査活動を必要な活動と考える人は17名（65.4％）であった。一方で、過去の調査を覚えている人は14名（53.8％）で、学会を認知している人は9名（34.6％）であった。結論、初期調査活動はほぼ肯定的に受け止められているが、学会の活動はまだ十分に認知されているとはいえない。活動結果のフィードバックに取り組み、有用な活動と認知されることが重要である。

Abstract

　This study was conducted to determine the significance and validity of initial survey activities performed by the Japan Society of Disaster Nursing's Network Activity Surveillance Coordination Department and to identify related problems. The survey participants were 54 individuals who had been involved in the initial activities engaged in between July 2009 and June 2010. The questionnaires dispatched for this purpose covered the attributes of respondents,their awareness of the initial survey activities actually engaged in,and their evaluations on the validity of the activities. Out of the 54 questionnaires sent out,26(48.1%) were returned,13 from administrative organs(50.0%),1 from a medical institution(3.8%),11 from professional organizations(42.3%)and one from an unknown organization(no response)(3.8%). All respondents indicated that they believed the timing and methods of the activities had been appropriate,and 17(65.4%)considered them necessary. Meanwhile, only 14(53.8%)remembered the past survey activities,and only 9(34.6%)knew of the Japan Society of Disaster Nursing. These results indicate an overall positive evaluation of the initial survey activities but insufficient awareness of them. Based on these outcomes,the future provision of feedbacks on activities can be considered important in raising awareness of their usefulness.
