NANDA-I看護診断に対する臨床看護師の意見調査―5つの看護診断に焦点を当てて

Preliminary Study on the Validity of Japanese-Translated Terminology of NANDA-I Diagnoses: Ineffective Coping, Disturbed Body-image, Activity Intolerance, Impaired Physical Mobility, and Fatigue

　用語検討委員会は，日本語に翻訳された看護診断名，定義，診断指標，関連因子に対する大規模な調査を実施する前の予備的段階として，〈非効果的コーピング〉，〈ボディイメージ混乱〉，〈活動耐性低下〉，〈身体可動性障害〉，〈消耗性疲労〉の5看護診断に対する意見調査を12施設28名の対象者に実施した．結果，以下のことが明らかとなった．診断名および定義に対する疑問は，〈活動耐性低下〉と〈消耗性疲労〉が最も多く，〈非効果的コーピング〉と〈ボディイメージ混乱〉が次に多かった．〈身体可動性障害〉の疑問は最も少なかった．さらに，診断指標に対する疑問は，〈非効果的コーピング〉と〈ボディイメージ混乱〉が最も多く，〈身体可動性障害〉が次に多かった．〈活動耐性低下〉と〈消耗性疲労〉の疑問は少なかった．また，関連因子に対する疑問は，〈非効果的コーピング〉が圧倒的に最も多く，すべての関連因子に疑問があった．最後に5つの看護診断の診断指標と関連因子のなかで日本文化に馴染まないという指摘が5件あった．このような結果を踏まえて，用語検討委員会は，とりわけ心理・社会・行動的な看護診断に対し，今後大規模な調査を行い，看護診断用語のさらなる検討を実施していく予定である．

　As a preliminary study of the nation-wide research on the validity of Japanese-translated terminology in diagnostic labels, definitions, defining characteristics, related factors, the Diagnosis Review Committee of Japan Society of Nursing Diagnosis conducted a pilot survey involving 28 nurses from 12 institutions regarding their opinions about 5 NANDA-I Diagnoses: {Ineffective Coping, Disturbed Body-image, Activity Intolerance, Impaired Physical Mobility}, and Fatigue. The number of inputs about diagnostic labels and definitions is the largest for Activity Intolerance and Fatigue, followed by Ineffective Coping and Disturbed Body-image. Impaired Physical Mobility ranks lowest. As for defining characteristics, the number of inputs is the largest for Ineffective Coping and Disturbed Body-image, followed by Impaired Physical Mobility. Activity Tolerance and Fatigue have the lowest number of inputs. Concerning related factors, inputs are highest for Ineffective Coping and each of all related factors of this diagnosis was commented on. Finally, in the cases of 5 inputs, some of the defining characteristics and related factors among these 5 diagnoses are claimed to be unsuitable with regard to Japanese culture. On the basis of this study, the committee will continue to discuss translated terminology and conduct an extensive research especially on psychosocial and behavioral diagnoses.
