臨床実習事例報告書からみた作業療法評価へのICFモデルの用いられ方の現況

Current status of the use of the ICF model in occupational therapy evaluation in student case studies

要旨：国際生活機能分類(以下，ICF)は，その特性を十分理解して用いれば作業療法評価のツールとして有用であるが，その活用方法には改善すべき点や検討すべき課題があると報告されている．本研究の目的は，臨床実習事例報告書の作業療法評価におけるICFの用いられ方の現況と問題点を探索することである．2004〜2006年度に学生が作成した事例報告書を対象に，ICFの活用状況を年度別・領域別に調べた．ICFの活用頻度と本モデルの利点である多角的に肯定・否定の両側面から対象者を把握する頻度は年々増加する傾向にあり，作業療法評価において定着する方向が示されていると考えられた．しかし能力・実行状況の評価区分は活用されていなかった．

　Although the ICF model can be a useful evaluation tool in occupational therapy when properly understood, various problems in its use have been reported and should be discussed. The purpose of this study was to explore the current status of the use of the ICF model in occupational therapy evaluation as found in the case reports written by students undergoing clinical training. We investigated the frequency of the use of the ICF model in evaluating case studies written by students from April, 2004 to March, 2007. We found that the frequency of the use of the ICF model as well as several features, such as positive and negative viewpoints of functioning, increased over the study period. However, differentiating the evaluation aspects of capacity and performance was not utilized.
