半側空間無視患者における異なる空間に提示した線分二等分課題の結果とADL場面での行動との関連

Correlation between the results of the line bisection task presented in different positions regarding the midsagittal plane and ADL behavior in neglect patients

要旨：半側空間無視患者18名を対象に，体幹正中軸に対して左右側および正中空間に提示された線分二等分課題のパフォーマンス結果とADL障害との関連性について検討を行った．結果，提示空間が右空間に近寄るほど成績が向上する群は，移動動作場面でUSN症状を呈する傾向にあった．この関連性の背景因子について座標系という視点から考察を行った．本研究で用いた課題施行方法および分析方法によって，机上検査で測定される能力がADLパフォーマンスに反映される様相を評価できる可能性が示唆された．

　We analyzed the correlation between the results of the line bisection task positioned in contraipsilesional space and the center with respect to the midsagittal plane of patients with unilateral spatial neglect (USN) and their ADL performance. The present study showed that patients who exhibited gradually improved performance as the position of the task changed toward the ipsilesional space tended to show the USN symptom in locomotion. We discussed this issue from the viewpoint of the frames of reference. It might be concluded that the way to conduct the test and the analysis described in the present study could describe the correlation between the ability measured through the desk task and the behavior in ADL.
