We report a patient with anisakiasis who presented with submucosal tumor of the stomach. A 54-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of general fatigue. Gastroduodenoscopy revealed a submucosal tumor, 20 mm in diameter, at the anterior wall of the mid-gastric lesion. This submucosal tumor had concavity. EUS showed a hypoechoic lesion, 18 mm in daiameter, in the third and forth layer of the gastric wall. We per-formed lapaloscopic wedge resection of the stomach to rule out malignant tumor. On histopathological examina-tion, HE staining revealed eosinophilic granuloma with minute body of anisakis.
