研修医に対する腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術のトレーニングシステムの現状—大阪大学第2外科臨床共同研究会内視鏡外科分科会による調査

Current Status of Training System for Residents of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy:Survey by the Committee of Osaka Laparoscopic Surgery

　研修医に対する腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術のトレーニングシステムの現状を検討する目的で，大阪大学第2外科臨床共同研究会内視鏡外科分科会の関連施設に出向した17名の医師に対して調査を行った．手術経験数は平均35例で，全員が指導医師の下で手術経験および術者経験を積んでおり，安全な手術が行われていた．70％の研修医が平均130分以内に手術を完了させていたが，手術経験数と術者の手術時間，術者経験数と術者の手術時間との相関性はなかった．

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) has been recognized as a standard operation for cholecystolithiasis. However, the ability of general surgery residents to perform LC operations has not been assessed. To evaluate the ability of general surgery residents to do LC operations as well as the impact on the overall training curricu-lum, we examined our training system for LC in ten hospitals related to our surgical department. Each residents performed an average of 16 operations (7 to 31), with all operations performed safely under the supervision of well trained surgeons.
