Clinical Paths for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

　腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術は低侵襲で合併症が少なく，術後管理期間が短く，安定した経過となり，クリニカルパス（以下，CP）に最も適した術式の1つである．インフォームド・コンセントの充実，入院期間の短縮，術後管理の均一化のために2000年からCPの導入をした．CPは診療用として術前日から，術後2日目までの検査，処置，治療をチェック式の表とした．入院期間の短縮化は有意ではないが，術後管理の均一化がはかられ，十分なICが得られ患者側の満足度は高い．

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is one of the most fesible operations for clinical pathway (CP) because of its low invasiveness and short postoperative course. We performed CP for the purpose of attaining imformed consent. shortening hospital stay, and equation of postoperative clinical care. Our CP is time table with a check system for laboratory tests, cares and treatment from preoperative day to 2nd post operative day.Hospital stay is not significantly shortened.but postoperative clinical care was equated, and imformed consent of patients was satisfied.
