ミニループリトラクター（MLR）を用い腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術を施行した小児胆石症の1例

Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy using Mini-loop-retractor for Cholelithiasis in a Child

　基礎疾患を持たない小児胆石症は比較的稀とされているが，近年これらに対し腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術を施行した報告例が散見されるようになってきた．われわれも，慢性的に胆石発作を伴う12歳の女児に対して，基礎疾患のないことを確認したのち，腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術を施行した．その際，ミニループリトラクター（MLR）を用い，小児胆石手術においてその有用性を確認したので報告する．

Cholelithiasis without predisposing disease is relatively uncommon in children. Recently, some cases of pedi-atric patients with cholelithiasis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) have been reported. We experienced 12-years-old girl, suffering from chronic cholecystitis without any associate disease. The patient was operated laparoscopically using mini-loop-retractor (MLR) because of recurrent episodes of cholecystitis. We reported and revealed some useful points of MLR under LC in children.
