I．緒言
進行性鼻壊疽は鼻腔を中心に炎症性肉芽性変化が起こり漸次壊死化の進行する予後不良疾患の総称である。今回われわれは副鼻腔炎術後に発生したと思われ，その臨床経過により進行性鼻壊疽と診断し，免疫組織学的には悪性組織球症であった1症例を経験したので報告する。
A man, aged 50, presented with persisting fever after Caldwell-Luc operation.
Progressive nasal necrosis was diagnosed by clinical manifestation and pathology. Radiation therapy and VEMP therapy was given. These treatments appeared to be effective for a while, but finally the patient died for DIC and hepatargia.
The autopsy demonstrated infiltration of tumor cells in the different organs such as epipharynx, left maxillary sinus, liver, spleen, trachea, bronchus, and lung.
Immunopathologically, malignant histiocytosis was diagnosed.
