鼻・副鼻腔に発生したhemangiopericytomaの1症例

Hemangiopericytoma of the Sinus and Nasal Cavity: Report of a Case

I．緒言

　hemangiopericytomaはすべての血管性腫瘍の1％程度の稀な腫瘍であり，また鼻・副鼻腔に発生したものは過去に本邦においては8例の報告をみるのみである。

　今回われわれは鼻・副鼻腔から一部頭蓋内にまで及んでいた症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 70-year-old male with a large hemangioperi-cytoma of the sinus and nasal cavity was re-ported.

The chief complaints were severe nasal bleeding, and CT scanning disclosed a large mass extending to the ethmoid sinus and cranium.

The tumor was treated with radiation (60 Gy) chemotherapy (Actinomycin-D) and transcatheter embolizaton.

Although size of tumor was unchanged, nasal bleeding was reduced by these treatments.
