緒言
悪性線維性組織球腫Malignant Fibrous Histio-cytoma （以下，MFHと略す）は，軟部に好発する肉腫であるが，頭頸部領域に発生することは少なく，中でも上顎洞に原発することは稀である。今回我々は，極めて稀な両側鼻副鼻腔に発生したMFHの1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。
A 26-year-old Woman complained of nasal ob-struction on both sides. She received a Caldwell-Luc operation for the right maxillary sinus, and pathological examination revealed malignant fi-brous histiocytoma in both sides.
She was treated with CHOP therapy, and re-mained free of disease 6 months after chemotherapy.
