I．はじめに

　鼻根部を中心とした骨折は小範囲のものであっても局所の解剖学的構成の複雑さのため損傷状態は多岐にわたることが多く，髄液漏をはじめとする種々の合併症をきたすため注意を要する。今回われわれも同様の症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

　A 53-year-old man suffered from depression of the root of the nose, mydriasis of the left eye caused by composite fracture of the nose was reported. Plain x-ray examinations and CT revealed composite fracture of the nasal bone and frontal sinus. Under general anesthesia, reposition was performed by external incision. During the operation, cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea was found. The postoperative course was uneventful without meningitis and recurrence of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea.
