振子様腫瘤を呈した口蓋扁桃のlymphangiectatic fibrous polypの1例

Lymphangiectatic Fibrous Polyp of the Palatine Tonsil

I．はじめに

　口蓋扁桃から振子様に突出した腫瘤にて組織学的検索を行い，稀なるlymphangiectatic fibrouspolypと診断された1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A lymphangiectatic fibrous polyp of the palatine tonsil was found in a 32-year-old woman. The tumor was hanging from the upper pole of the left palatine tonsil just like a pendulous tonsil.

　Bilateral tonsillectomies were done and the tumor was removed with the tonsil.

　The histological examination revealed fibrous tissue and many dilated lymphatic canals in the pendulous portion.
