Ⅰ．緒言
いわゆる振子様口蓋扁桃は，1885年Juraszがはじめて報告し，1898年Finderがその名称を付け，以後わが国でも相当数の報告があるが，線維腫様のものは，比較的少ない。ここに著者が経験した症例を文献的考察を加えて報告する。
An interesting case of pendulous fibromatoustonsillitis,in which the patient,aged 46,was unaware of his own condition until recently when it was emphatically pointed out by other persons, is reported.
