口蓋扁桃の振子様腫瘤（振子様扁桃）の2例

Two Cases of Pedunculated Tonsils

　Ⅰ．緒言

　振子様口蓋扁桃は，1885年にJurasz^1）が報告し，1898年にFinder^2）がその名称を用いて以来わが国でも数多くの報告がある。しかしながら，その定義および成因に関しては，なお議論の余地がある。われわれは最近，口蓋扁桃から振子様に突出した腫瘤を主訴として来院した2症例を経験し，その病理組織学的検索を行い，fibroepithelial papillomaおよび，fibrolipomaとの結果を得たので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

　Two cases of pedunculated tonsils are reported.

　Case 1 is a 40-year-old man, and the location of a mass was in the upper pole of the left tonsil. Tonsillectomy was performed on the left side under general anesthesia. Histological diagnosis was fibroepithelial papilloma.

　Case 2 is a 30-year-old man. tumor was seen at the fossa supratonsillaris of the left tonsil. A Tonsillectomy was performed under general anesthesia. Histological diagnosis was fibrolipoma which has rarely been reported.
