 Two cases of pedunculated tonsils are reported.

 Case 1 is a 40-year-old man, and the location of a mass was in the upper pole of the left tonsil. Tonsillectomy was performed on the left side under general anesthesia. Histological diagnosis was fibroepithelial papilloma.

 Case 2 is a 30-year-old man. tumor was seen at the fossa supratonsillaris of the left tonsil. A Tonsillectomy was performed under general anesthesia. Histological diagnosis was fibrolipoma which has rarely been reported.
