耳下腺内に生じた鰓原性嚢胞の1症例

A Case of Branchiogenic Cyst within the Parotid Gland

I．はじめに

　耳下腺部に生ずる嚢胞性疾患には鯉原性嚢胞，貯留嚢胞，皮様嚢胞がある。耳下腺内に生ずる鰓原性嚢胞には第一鰓裂より生ずるものと，第二鰓裂より生ずるものがあり，いずれも稀な疾患である。耳下腺内に生じた第二鰓裂起源と考える嚢胞の1症例を経験したので報告する。

　A 63-year-old woman complained of a mass in the right parotid region of ten days' duration.

　The preoperative diagnosis was mixed tumor, and the mass was surgically removed.

　Histological examination revealed a branchiogenic cyst with ciliated columnar epithelial lining.

　It was supposed that the cyst was derived from the second branchial cleft.
