耳下腺嚢胞の3例

Three Cases of Cystic Lesion in the Parotid Gland

　はじめに

　耳下腺嚢胞は稀な疾患である。耳下腺に生じる嚢胞には，鰓原性嚢胞，皮様嚢胞，貯留嚢胞があり，鰓原性嚢胞には第1鰓裂より生じるものと，第2鰓裂より生じるものがあるといわれる^1）。われわれは第2鰓裂由来の鰓原性嚢胞2例ならびに皮様嚢胞1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

In two cases, branchiogenic cysts were derived from the second branchial cleft, and the other was an epidermoid cyst. The etiology, diagnosis and management of these cystic lesions are discussed.

We emphasized that cystic lesions in the parotid gland are not always benign and that there are also cystic lesions associated with cystic degenera-tion of a tumor.

In surgical treatment of cystic lesions in the parotid gland, identification of the facial nerve as well as tumor removal is required.
