耳下腺嚢胞の3症例

Parotid Gland Cyst:Report of Three Cases

　はじめに

　耳下腺内に発生する嚢胞性疾患は比較的まれであるといわれており，Yoelら^1）は耳下腺腫瘤526例中14例2.7％が非腫瘍性嚢胞であったと報告している。耳下腺に発生する嚢胞性疾患としては鰓裂性嚢胞，貯留嚢胞，類皮嚢胞などを挙げることができるが，当科において経験した鰓裂性嚢胞2例および貯留嚢胞1例について若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Three cases of cystic lesions arising from the parotid gland were reported. In two of them the wall of the cyst was histologically lined by a stratified squamous epithelium and finally diagnosed as first branchial cleft anomaly. The third one was a reten-tion cyst with no lining of epithelial layer. The importance of careful preoperative imaging study and histological study was emphasized.
